This is a process to update Moorhead's Comprehensive Plan and the plan for the south and east areas of the City that may see significant growth in the next 20 to 30 years. The updated plan will include a detailed land use plan, a plan for infrastructure improvements, and will promote active living in Moorhead. This process will include an extensive public participation effort, and this website will serve as the main contact point for residents, business owners and others interested in staying informed about the process.
